The $99 evaluation and refunds

• The evaluation fee is $99, and it is refundable if you do not qualify for treatment. If a licensed clinician determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you get the $99 back - no forms to fight through, no partial-credit games.
• If you prepay for a visit and cancel with at least 24 hours notice, we refund or rebook, your choice.
• Insurance-billed services follow your plan's rules; we tell you the cash price and the coverage path honestly before you commit. See cost and coverage.

Complaints

• If something about your experience was not right, tell us - call or text (314) 314-9112 and ask for the practice manager. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and give you a real answer, not a form letter.
• You may also complain to the Missouri Division of Professional Registration (pr.mo.gov) about any licensed professional, and for privacy matters to the HHS Office for Civil Rights - details on our privacy practices page. We never retaliate against anyone for complaining.

Side effects and adverse events

• If you experience a concerning symptom or side effect during or after treatment, contact us right away at (314) 314-9112. A clinician reviews every report.
• For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room first - then tell us.
• You can also report medication side effects directly to the FDA MedWatch program at fda.gov/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088. For Spravato, the manufacturer's REMS program also tracks safety events, and we complete that reporting as required.
• If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any hour.
